Christmas Blessing! It’s amazing to note the transformation that occurred in the lifestyle of Diana Boldman of Idaho, an old lady who was struggling to make both ends meet.
Diana Boldman, a 65 year old grandma had to work non-stop. She had to work very hard. A Christmas blessing came early for this grandma who is working at McDonald’s — A Secret Santa turned up with a new car and many more things as well, to be gifted to this grandma!
Cameron, a sick person, has faced several health issues and is on disability. Diana has to face her own health struggles, as well. So, with the flow of money running in a thin stream, Diana still works hard each and every day and sleeps with the hopeful dreams of retiring in a few years.
For now, both Cameron and Diana wake up early, each morning to deliver 150 newspapers. Then, Diana spends hours together working without a break at McDonald’s. The couple’s van is very old and is nearing disrepair.
A local Good Samaritan saw Diana’s miserable lifestyle & wanted to help her. And the stranger’s noteworthy act of generosity & kindness sculpts a sort of a story, laced with positive energy that we would not only love to hear but also feel inspired & get set to transform this world into a place brimming with love, kindness & generosity.
The gentleman, who wishes to remain a silent samaritan, joined the news anchor Nate Easton to play Secret Santa. And Diana Boldman turned out to be one of the special people on his list. So, Nate showed up while Diana was busy working at McDonald’s to give a pleasant surprise to her by delivering Secret Santa’s gifts.
As an Idaho Falls resident, Diana was aware of Nate Easton and his assignments on behalf of local Secret Santas. But the grandma did not have the wildest imagination that one day she’d be one of the fortunate receiver of the Christmas magic, Hmm! The expression on grandma Diana’s face! My!My!My!
The sweet lady is in total shock as she is given keys to a new vehicle, along with $5,000 worth of gas cards and a check for $1,000 to cover the car’s registration. She kept on repeating, “Oh my goodness” as Nate showed her the brand new SUV!
What a magnanimous act by an anonymous samaritan! What a nice thing to do for this sweet grandma working at McDonald’s. And what a forceful reminder to each one of us that it is always better to give than to receive!
We are never alone! No! Not at all ! Particularly when the night is darkest, the wind is coldest & the world is seemingly indifferent.
